The NICC Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) provide free, confidential, customized business advice to existing businesses and start-ups in the Dubuque area. This organization is the only nationally-accredited entrepreneurial development program in Iowa. They are an accredited affiliate of America’s SBDC, the national Small Business Development Center program. These programs and activities have contributed significantly to economic growth in Dubuque.
