Located at the southern end of Dubuque, one block east of Highways 151-61-52 South, overlooking the southern end of the City and the Mississippi River.The park is 80 acres in size, including:

  • picnic shelters
  • restrooms
  • playground equipment
  • barbecue grills
  • picnic tables
  • three tennis courts
  • horseshoe courts
  • green space

PET FRIENDLY PARKS AND TRAILS:  Per City Ordinance revised August 6, 2013, leashed dogs and cats are allowed in certain locations.  Click herefor list of parks and/or trails where dogs and cats are allowed on leash.  Dogs are allowed off leash in the Pet Park on North Grandview Avenue. Municipal citations will be issued to anyone with a pet in a park or on a trail where they are not permitted. Pet Park rules.
