Fowl Play is a sculpture comprised of scrap pieces of steel from other sculpture works I've done in the past. The point is for viewers indulge themselves in curiosity that it's simply an assemblage of random pieces creating a recognizable form.
Tim Adams is a 1985 Landscape Architecture graduate of Iowa State University and is a Registered Professional Landscape Architect. Tim owns Stony Creek Landscapes, Inc., Webster City, Iowa, a full service landscape design/ build firm. He is a lifelong student of the arts and creates and one of a kind sculptures for gardens, entry features, parks, churches, municipalities, and schools. Tim’s primary medium is steel, native field stone and limestone. His goal is to design sculptures from native and/or recycled materials that enhance the experience of those who use public and private spaces. Tim’s most recent installations include “Free Bird” mounted on an exterior Skywalk in downtown Cedar Rapids, and the “Aeolian Harp & Chimes” in down town Ames. Other 2016 installations are located in Eu Claire, Des Moines, Dubuque, and Webster City
