Dubuque Receives REAP Grant for Valentine Park Expansion Project

The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has awarded the City of Dubuque a $140,790 Resource Enhancement and Protection (REAP) grant for its Valentine Park Expansion Project.

Participants Sought for Third and Final Year of Smarter Travel Study

City parks officially opened for the 2016 season on May 7th and will officially close for the season on Sunday, October 30th*. (NOTE: Due to flooding of the Mississippi River, pavilions at the Miller Riverview Park/Campground are closed for the year.)

Fall 2016 Playtime for Tots

This special Neighborhood Recreation Program is a 5-day per week program (Mon-Fri) for 3 and 4 year-olds. It is designed to be a structured recreational program including activities such as games, stories, music and art, developed around a weekly theme.
