The City of Dubuque, Iowa is requesting proposals from consulting firms to provide master
planning services for Chaplain Schmitt Island. The City desires to create a comprehensive
Master Plan that specifies the detailed action steps and resources that are needed to explore
development opportunities for Chaplain Schmitt Island. The City desires to have the Master
Plan and development standards substantiated by an economic feasibility and market study.
The Master Plan also will utilize a recently completed traffic analysis. The budget for this project
is up to $100,000.
