    This is the regular meeting of the Housing Commission. The Dubuque Housing Commission consists of 10 members appointed by the City Council to three-year terms. One member shall be appointed by the Housing Commission to serve as a representative to the Community Development Advisory Commission. Meetings are held: 4:00 p.m. on the Fourth Tuesday of each month at the Housing & Community Development Department Office. The purpose of this commission is to undertake and carry out studies and analysis of housing needs and the meeting of such needs; to recommend proposed projects in the area of low- and moderate-income housing for the citizens of the City; to monitor the City's housing programs; and to conduct grievances regarding the Rental Assistance Program, except in the area of Housing Code enforcement.
