KeyLine strives to provide a safe, timely, and comfortable mode of public transportation for citizens to and from their destinations on fixed routes. 

Fixed route service provides transportation to Dubuque citizens so that they may access various services, shopping, entertainment, community functions, and employment opportunities within the City. 

Mini-bus promotes independence for seniors and persons with disabilities by providing Origin to Destination transportation and passenger assistance when accessing the demand response service.

Fixed route hours of service are from 6:00 a.m. to 6:20 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday. Mini-bus hours of service mirror the fixed route schedules as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act. 

Trolley buses operate seasonally on a looped-shuttle service between the Port of Dubuque and key downtown locations.
