The Annual Action Plan lists all federal CDBG resources available during the fiscal year, and all activities expected to be undertaken to address the community needs and barriers. It includes the annual CDBG budget recommended by the Commission and adopted by the City Council for the fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30 of the following year.
