The city is required to submit an annual Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to HUD that includes the performance and evaluation of activities funded with CDBG funds for the recently completed program year. It describes each funded activity and provides an assessment as well as information on accomplishments and performance outcomes.

The report is submitted to HUD each September.
