Eagle Point Park is one of the most outstanding parks in the midwest. One hundred and sixty-four acres overlook the Mississippi River and Lock and Dam #11, providing a spectacular tri-state view of Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin.
Eagle Point Park is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday, and 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Friday - Saturday, from the first weekend in May through the fourth weekend in October.

Located on Shiras Avenue, take Rhomberg Avenue north to Shiras Avenue, west on Shiras Avenue to park entrance. One of the most outstanding parks in the area. Pet Policy
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN CITY PARKS, except Miller Riverview Park, Heron Pond Trail, Granger Creek Nature Trail, John G. Bergfeld Recreation Area and Jaycee Trail -- on leashes, or in the Pet Park on North Grandview Avenue. Municipal citations will be issued to anyone in a park where they are not permitted.
