The Gaining Opportunities (GO) Program helps individuals address the lack of resources which contribute to living in poverty. Through community support, strategic partners, and one-on-one coaching, GO participants can work on six key community-building tracks to improve their situation.

We are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm & Tuesday until 8:30 pm
Every 3rd Tuesday of the month, we'd like for you to join us for a community meal and educational & supportive sessions. Meal are served at 5:45 pm at Prescott Elementary at 1151 White Street, Dubuque. We ask that those interested in attending RSVP by calling 563-589-4230, asking for Dawn or Ryan.
