Purchase of Service Grant Funding Recommendations

The City of Dubuque will begin accepting Purchase of Services Grant Applications become availalbe in the Spring for the following City Fiscal Year, beginning July 1.

Funding for the Purchase of Services Grant is determined in the City Budget Process.  Public meetings for the City Budget begin in January/February.  For a schedule of public meetings, please click here.

The Purchase of Service grant program is designed to provide support for human service programs in the City of Dubuque that further the City's goals, objectives and priorities.  Not-for-profit organizations located in Dubuque and providing year round human services programs are eligible to apply.  Grants are awarded by the City Council based on recommendations from the Community Development Advisory Commission.
