Purchase of Services Grant

The Purchase of Service grant program is designed to provide support for human service programs in the City of Dubuque that further the City's goals, objectives and priorities.  Not-for-profit organizations located in Dubuque and providing year round human services programs are eligible to apply.  Grants are awarded by the City Council based on recommendations from the Community Development Advisory Commission.

Applications are due by 5:00 PM on Friday, July 12, 2019.  

Please review the Purchase of Services Grant Guidelines FY20 (July 1, 2019-June 30,2020) prior to submission.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend grant workshops prior to submitting the application.
Workshop 1:     Monday, June 24, 2019 at 3:30 p.m.
Workshop 2:     Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
