After School Sports

4th & 5th Grade Track

Registration Deadline: Friday, March 31

After School Sports 4th and 5th Grade Track is an intramural program available at all of the Dubuque public elementary schools. The program meets for 90 minutes following school dismissal two days per week. Any sessions canceled will not be rescheduled. The program concludes with a city-wide track meet on Monday, May 8, at Dubuque Senior High School's Dalzell Field.

Time: 90 minutes following school dismissal, 2 days per week
Cost: $24 or free for income-qualified
Dates:  April 10 - May 8, 2023
Register: WebTrac is our new registration system! Everyone is required to create a WebTrac account. If you don't have a WebTrac account, create one now!

After you create your account, register online or download and complete the PDF registration form and return it to the Leisure Services office located at 1157 Central Ave. Note, those who income-qualify need to submit a PDF registration form as well as the income verification form. Ways to Register

  1. Online Registration
    Online Registration is available 24 hours/day for most Recreation Division classes using a valid credit card. Note, you must create a WebTrac account to complete your transaction.
  2. Mail-in
    You can mail your registration to Leisure Services, 1157 Central Ave., Dubuque, IA 52001
  3. Walk-in Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., 1157 Central Ave., Dubuque, IA 52001 
  4. After Hours Drop-off
    Place your form and payment in a sealed envelope and drop it in the mail slot in the office door.


Payment

Payment must be included with any registration to be accepted. Program fees may be paid by credit card or checks payable to Leisure Services Department. Credit Card payments may be made online, in person, or by phone.

Financial Assistance

To assist low-income residents, the Leisure Services Department allows individuals or families to register for some Recreation Division programs/classes for free or at a reduced price. Appropriate identification and current benefit card must be available or an income form will need to be completed. For more information please contact the Leisure Services Department at 563.589.4263.
