The Housing and Community Development Department has many programs to help meet the housing needs in our community. Whether you’re looking for a place to live, a loan to make home improvements, or a way to connect and contribute to your community, we’ve got you covered.

Our programs and services exist to enhance your quality of life and to create and sustain a community in which everyone has the opportunity to succeed and thrive. Our staff is excited to work with you and connect you to all of the programs that will benefit you and your family.

Housing Choice Voucher Program

PLEASE NOTE: The Housing Choice Voucher waiting list will not open for the remainder of 2021 or the first part of 2022. Please check back in Spring of 2022 for an update on the status of accepting applications. 

Housing Choice Voucher waiting list pre-applications are accepted for 24 hours on the second Tuesday of each month from 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. Each month, all pre-applications are placed in a random lottery selection for placement on a waiting list.

Coordinated Entry Resource & Referral Line

If you are experiencing homelessness or housing instability, please call the Coordinated Entry line at 1.833.587.8322 to speak to a staff member who may be able to help.
