Dubuque County: 121 new cases. Total confirmed cases to date = 5,828
Iowa: 2,803 new cases. Total confirmed cases to date = 130,248

DEATHS
Dubuque County: No additional deaths. Total deaths to date = 59
Iowa: 1 additional death. Total deaths to date = 1,716

HOSPITALIZATIONS
Dubuque County: Hospitalized = 33 as of Oct. 29. (3 more than Oct. 28.)
