Dubuque County: 57 new cases. Total confirmed cases to date = 3,701
Iowa: 665 new cases. Total confirmed cases to date = 92,543

DEATHS
Dubuque County: No additional deaths. Total deaths to date = 44
Iowa: 4 additional deaths. Total deaths to date = 1,381

TESTING & POSITIVITY RATE (As reported by the Iowa Department of Public Health)
