Breitfelder Named Next Dubuque City Clerk

The Dubuque City Council has named Adrienne Breitfelder as Dubuque’s next city clerk. She will replace Kevin Firnstahl who is retiring on Friday, Oct. 30, after nearly 10 years as city clerk and over 21 years of employment with the City of Dubuque.
