Eagle Point Park and Murphy Park Open Early / Playgrounds Are Open in City Parks

Please see below for updated park information.

Those visiting the parks and other outdoor recreational areas are reminded of the importance of social distancing and staying 6-10 feet apart from others as instructed by the Centers for Disease Control and the Iowa Department of Public Health.  Pavilions and restrooms will remain closed until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the City of Dubuque Proclamation by the Mayor on June 1st.  (As of June 17th, the City of Dubuque is re-opening the playgrounds in City parks, but reminds residents to take recommended precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.  Signage currently posted in parks will be updated as soon as possible, but the playgrounds can be used now.)

All Park Ordinances, including hours of operation will be enforced (7:00 am to 10:00 pm).  Until further notice, there will be no admission fee for vehicles entering Eagle Point Park.  Future updates or changes to these policies will be announced and posted online at www.cityofdubuque.org/parks and via the City of Dubuque Leisure Services Department’s social media.
