Due to construction of the Dubuque Gate and Pump Station Mitigation Project, Kerper Blvd. will be closed between E. 12th St. and E. 16th St. starting at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12, until July 2027.
Traffic will be detoured along U.S. Highway 151/61.
Motorists will need to follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time. View a map of current closures/detours.
