MFC Site Supervisor
Part-Time; $18.15/hour
The City of Dubuque invites applications for the position of Multicultural Family Center Site Supervisor.
This is a part time position with a work week of 20 to 25 hours. Candidates must be flexible to work during Multicultural Family Center hours including Monday through Thursday 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day to day operations of the center, including assisting community members and serving as the point person for visitors, program participants and volunteers and ensuring compliance with programming and event standards. The successful candidate will have experience working with teens, marginalized populations or different cultures; some experience in a supervisory role; experience working with a diverse workforce; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the essential knowledge, skills and abilities. The ability to speak Spanish or second language is preferred.

The City offers an hourly rate of $18.15.
