The Multicultural Family Center is proud to partner with the Dubuque Black Men Coalition for the 2020 Manhood Project. The program starts this Saturday, March 7th. Please share with any male teens (parents of teens) that may benefit from this free program. Lunch is provided and teens just need to show up March 7th to register.
