Eight Additional Cases of COVID-19 in Dubuque County Since Friday
Since Friday, the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) has been notified of 102 additional positive cases of Iowans with COVID-19, for a total of 336 positive cases in Iowa.  There are eight additional cases in Dubuque County since Friday for a total of 16 in Dubuque County. To date, four Iowans have died from COVID-19, including a Linn County resident who passed away last night.  There has been a total of 5,013 negative tests to date, which includes testing reported by the State Hygienic Lab and other labs.  For additional details, read today’s announcement at https://governor.iowa.gov/press-release/additional-covid-19-cases-in-iowa-additional-death-confirmed 

IDPH Guidelines for Homemade Masks
The IDPH has issued guidelines for Iowans who would like to make and donate homemade masks. Iowans who would like to support healthcare providers can use this guidance document to construct homemade cloth masks that can be worn by Iowa healthcare providers during patient care.  Watch for further updates regarding where  to donate homemade mask donations in Dubuque County.  The guidelines for making masks are available at https://tinyurl.com/s4rveac
