78 Additional Cases and 3 Deaths in Iowa, One More Case in Dubuque CountyThe Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) has been notified of 78 additional positive cases in Iowa for a total of 946 positive cases. One additional positive case, a middle-age adult (41-60 years), was reported for Dubuque County. Three additional deaths were reported or Iowa today. There have been an additional 680 negative tests in Iowa for a total of 10,653 negative tests to date. Reynolds signed a new proclamation continuing the State Public Health Emergency Declaration, ordering additional closures and relaxing additional regulations to support the state’s efforts to combat COVID-19. No. People may gather in their vehicles, so long as those attending the service abide by some additional precautions. Food, beverages, communion, or other materials should NOT be distributed before, after, or as part of the service.
