Francis Street closure between W. 23rd Street and Kaufmann Avenue

Francis Street will be closed between W. 23rd Street and Kaufmann Avenue from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 7th for private utility work.  Motorists are asked to use an alternate route.
