We understand there are outages for cellular companies and internet providers, so please share this information with neighbors and friends that may not have access:
The Dubuque Community Schools have Free Wifi Zones in the parking lots of all 19 schools. It is available between 6:30 a.m.-9 p.m, some of these locations might be affected too.

Another option is fill out a paper application outside our office door on the 3rd Floor of the Federal Building (post office) until 6 pm. Once you've completed the application just drop it in the drop box!

Otherwise if you have cell service we can complete the application over the phone at 563-589-4230!
