JFK lane closure between Crestwood Dr. and Kennedy Cir.

The outside northbound lane of JFK will be closed between Crestwood and Kennedy Circle for private utility work starting tomorrow, Friday September 11^th from 7 AM to 5 PM.  Northbound traffic will be merged into the inside lane and maintained during this time.  Access to driveways and intersections will be maintained.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Engineering Department at 563-589-4270.
