Hillcrest Rd. lane closure between Judson Dr. and Carter Rd.

A lane of Hillcrest Rd. will be closed between Judson Dr. and Carter Rd. for private utility restoration work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, December 4th. Flaggers will be used to alternate traffic.
