E. 9th Street Closure - between Locust and Main

Due to predicted winter weather conditions, E. 9th Street will be closed between Locust and Main from 7 AM Tuesday, February 2nd, to 5 PM Wednesday, February 3rd, for private construction work and equipment staging.  Motorists will need to follow the posted detour route. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
