Kelly Lane Closure between Fremont Avenue and Thornwood Drive

Kelly Ln. will be closed between Fremont Ave. and Thornwood Dr. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, March 4^th for private tree removal.  Motorists should follow the posted detour.
