E. 16^th St. lane closure between Sycamore St. and Kerper Blvd.

A lane of E. 16^th St. will be closed between Sycamore St. and Kerper Blvd. for utility work from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, March 15.  Two-way traffic will be maintained.
