Garfield Ave. lane closure between Humboldt St. and Schiller St.

A lane of Garfield Ave. will be closed between Humboldt St. and Schiller St. for private utility work from 7 AM Wednesday, April 28^th to 5 PM Friday, April 30^th.   Motorists will be allowed to alternate and should you caution in the area.
