5/4/2021 -- For Immediate Release

DUBUQUE, Iowa – On May 4, 2021, at approximately 2:59 a.m. Dubuque Police responded to 2900 Brunswick Street for the report of a female that had been shot. Officers located a 31-year-old female to the rear of the residence suffering from a gunshot wound to her left shoulder. She was transported to MercyOne Dubuque and later airlifted to the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics for treatment of what appear to be non-life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made.

The investigation remains ongoing.
