General Information:
- All COVID-19 vaccinations are free, safe, and effective. For vaccine information, visit www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/index.html
- Per the Iowa Department of Public Health, all Iowans age 16 and above are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. Those age 16-17 can receive only the Pfizer vaccine. Iowans age 18 and older can have the Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson vaccines.
- You are NOT eligible for a vaccine if you:
Have received another vaccination of any kind in the last two weeks. Have been treated with convalescent plasma or monoclonal antibodies for COVID-19 in the past 90 days. Have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past two weeks or have not completed the required isolation period.
