Clarke Dr. east of Clarke Crest Dr. Lane Shift for Private Utility Repair Starting July 15

Clarke Drive will have the eastbound lane shifted east of Clarke Crest Drive for private utility repair from Thursday July 15 8 a.m. to Sunday, July 18 5 p.m.  Motorists will need to follow the posted detour route.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours
