A lane of Key Way Dr. will be closed between Del Monaco Dr. and West Way St. for private utility work from 7 a.m. Monday, July 19th to 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 21st. Motorists will be allowed to alternate. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
