July 19, 2021 -- For Immediate Release

DUBUQUE, Iowa – On July 15, 2021, at approximately 4:46 p.m. Dubuque Police and Fire Departments responded to 2185 Clarke Drive for a medical assist and located Berniece M. Williamson 80 years old deceased inside the residence. Investigators continue to conduct interviews and follow up on leads.
