Pennsylvania Ave WB Lane Shift between Vizaleea Dr and Key Way Dr

The westbound lane on Pennsylvania Ave will be shifted between Vizaleea Dr. and Key Way Dr. for private utility work from 7 a.m. Wednesday, July 21 to 5 p.m. Friday, July 23. Westbound motorists will be allowed to drive through in the middle lane. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
