Death Investigation

DUBUQUE, Iowa – On July 28, 2021, at approximately 9:50 p.m. Dubuque Police responded to 635 W. 11^th Street Apt. # 4 to conduct a welfare check on Kylie Duster, 20 years old.   Officers located a deceased female inside the residence believed to be, Kylie Duster.

An investigation has been underway since the discovery and remains active as of this release.

No further information will be released at this time.
