Pennsylvania Ave between JFK Rd. and Chaney Rd. Repaving starting August 2
Pennsylvania Avenue between John F. Kennedy Road and Chaney Road will have shifted traffic and possible lane closures for repaving starting 8:00 a.m., Monday August 2 to 5:00 p.m., Friday August 13. Motorists will need to follow the posted detour route and watch for flaggers. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
