Dubuque Police Launch Online Reporting Option

DUBUQUE, Iowa – The Dubuque Police Department has launched an online reporting option for simple misdemeanor property crimes.  Theft and criminal mischief incidents that occur within the Dubuque city limits with a loss totaling less than $300 with no known suspects can now be reported online at www.cityofdubuque.org/police. This online form can be submitted in lieu of meeting with an officer.  Residents may still meet with an officer, if desired, however reporting this type of incident online is preferred. When a report is filed, the reporting party will receive a confirmation email with a reference number for tracking and documentation purposes.
