Elm St. Half Block Road Closure between 20th St. & 21st St.

Elm Street between E 20th Street and E 21st Street will have the full road closure for asphalt repair starting 8:00 a.m Tuesday Oct. 12 to 8 a.m Wednesday Oct. 13.
