W Locust St. WB Lane Closure near Angella St.

The westbound lane on W. Locust Street near Angella Street will be closed for water utility service/repair starting 8:00 a.m Thursday Oct. 21 to 5 p.m Friday Oct. 22. There will be a posted detour.
