E 11th St. Road Closure between White St. & Washington St.

E. 11th Street will have a full road closure between White Street and Washington Street for private overhead utility relocation starting 8:00 a.m Tuesday Nov. 2  to 5 p.m Tuesday Nov. 2.  There will be no parking for this section.
