W 3rd St. WB Lane Closure between College St & N. Grandview Ave

W 3rd Street will have a westbound lane closure between College Street and N. Grandview Avenue for private water utility work starting 8:00 a.m Monday Nov. 8  to 5 p.m Wednesday Nov. 10. A detour will be in effect.
