Northwest Arterial & Pennsylvania Ave. Intersection Now Open

The intersection of Northwest Arterial and Pennsylvania Ave. is now open. Lane shifts on the Northwest Arterial will continue to be expected as the contractor prepares for the reconstruction of the Asbury Rd. intersection.
