Winter / Spring 2023 Activities Guide Now Available!

Program Registration Open

The Winter / Spring Let's Go! Activities Guide is now available and program registration is open! From toddler playgroups and spring break activities to starting seeds indoors and yoga workshops, we have a variety of programs planned for all ages and interests!

The activities guide includes recreational and educational programs offered through City of Dubuque Leisure Services, the Multicultural Family Center, and the Carnegie-Stout Public Library. In addition, we've teamed up with Challenge to Change, Centrally Rooted, and Dubuque Karate Club!

WebTrac Registration System

This year, we launched our new registration system WebTrac. It is a one-stop-shop for all your Leisure Services needs including program registration, pavilion rentals, pet park passes, and more. There are no user fees or credit card fees to use WebTrac. Access it anytime at www.cityofdubuque.org/letsgo!

To use WebTrac, you must create an account. If you have not yet created an account for your household, we encourage you to do so. Creating your account in advance will save you time when you go to register for programs. Create a WebTrac account!

Family Scholarship Program

The Leisure Services Department provides up to 200 qualifying low-income families with $125 in scholarship credits which can be used for program registration, pavilion rentals, and other services provided through the department. Applicants may use their credits upon completion of the application process. Scholarship funds will expire on June 30, 2023.

Creative Adventure Lab Scholarship Partnership

Those who qualify for a Leisure Services Family Scholarship will automatically qualify for the Creative Adventure Lab scholarship program which includes a complimentary 1-year Family Play Membership ($180 value). With a Family Play Membership, you receive complimentary admission to their Play Labs and the ability to borrow toys from The Toy Box. Learn more!

Summer/Seasonal Job Fair & On-Site Interviews

Leisure Services is now hiring for a variety of 2023 seasonal positions with the Recreation Division, Parks Division, Port of Dubuque Marina, Flora and Sutton Pools, Multicultural Family Center, AmeriCorps, Bunker Hill Golf Course, and more! Hourly wages range from $14.50 - $20.

We are hosting a job fair with on-site interviews on Thursday, Jan. 5, from 3 - 6:30 p.m. at the Bunker Hill Clubhouse. This event is open to the public and all skill and experience levels are welcome. Jobs are available for ages 15 and up. Apply online in advance or at the job fair. Application assistance will be available. Come meet our team, learn about our job opportunities, and get hired for the 2023 season!
