W 1st St. Full Road Closure between Locust St. & Alley towards Main St.

W. 1st Street will have a full road closure between Locust Street and the alley towards Main Street for private utility construction starting 8:00 a.m Tuesday Dec. 20 until 5:00 p.m Friday Dec. 23.

Access to the gas station on the south side of W 1st Street will still be available.

Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
