UPDATE: Iowa DOT Announces Intermittent Closure of Julien Dubuque Bridge to Eastbound Traffic

The Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) will intermittently close the US Highway 20 Julien Dubuque Bridge to eastbound traffic for bridge cleaning from 6 a.m. through 3 p.m., today through Thursday, May 11. 

This project will not affect westbound traffic. Eastbound traffic will be detoured to 61/151 North to Wisconsin to 35 South to US20 in East Dubuque.  A map of this and other detours is available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours. 

Motorists will need to follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
