New Detours Related to Northwest Arterial Project Start Thursday, July 13

Work at the Northwest Arterial and Asbury Rd. intersection will continue tomorrow (Thursday, July 13), to upgrade the sidewalk curb ramp on the northwest corner to meet current standards in accordance with the  Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

To accommodate the work, one lane on Asbury Rd. westbound will close at the intersection. Also, the Northwest Arterial southbound right turn lane will close and traffic will turn right to go west on Asbury Rd. from the right through lane. 

During this time, the crosswalks on the north and west sides of the intersection will be closed. This work is expected to take approximately two weeks
