(3) Part-Time Site Supervisor Positions

Approximately 20-25 hours per week.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Foster a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Assist both team and community members and serve as the point person for visitors, program participants and volunteers. Adapt and problem solve in a fast-paced environment, considering the needs and interests of individuals.  Promote and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Multicultural Family Center (MFC). 

The ideal candidate desires to work as a team member with a variety of cultures, ages, races, ethnicities, socio-economic statuses, abilities, genders, and sexual identities.  Possess the ability to collaborate effectively and follow a management philosophy that is input-oriented and values equity, problem solving and development of partnerships; and the desire to be part of an organization that values establishing a sense of belonging, service, people, integrity, responsibility, innovation, and teamwork.
